Starting Position: Starting from a kneeling position, activate your glutes and abdominals. Keep your shoulders back and down while maintaining a neutral spine.
Movement: Roll out as far as you can while maintaining a neutral spine. Use your abs to draw yourself back in. Start with a short range of motion and increase gradually.
